August sales numbers

Just a very short update on August real estate sales activity.  A total of 395 existing homes were reported sold in Polk County.  A slight increase compared to 332 in July and 389 in June.  There wasn’t much of a change in the median price.  Foreclosures and short sales continue to dominate.   For the full report in The Ledger, click here.
