Almost all general real estate web sites provide a search function.  However, many of those sites offer only a limited search and, as a result, are  incomplete.  You have no easy way of knowing whether the information you are getting is complete or not.  The following link is part of the  Mid-Florida Regional MLS system, so it searches all properties listed in the mid-Florida  system.  It is the most up to date information you can get for the counties included.  To go there, just Click here.

To find property outside of Florida, the most effective thing you can do is contact me.  You can send a comment through this blog, or email me, or simply call me.   My contact information is on the right of the screen.  I’ll give you the best sites for doing a search.

Further, if you are seriously looking for out of state properties or out of the immediate Central Florida area, I can put you in contact with a knowledgeable agent in that area.  My years of experience as a professional Realtor and my many contacts give me an edge in finding you a good agent anywhere in the U.S.  You could call the listing agent shown on a web page, but keep in mind the lister is trying to get the best deal for the seller.  Often it is better to have your own agent trying to get the best deal for you — working for you, he or she will tell you about the better deal just down the street.
